RV campground owners Kindall and Cole are on site much of the time surveying for the grounds’ coming improvements, speaking with residents or manning the front desk. Also, our grounds managers are residents themselves, ensuring that a safe, secure and quiet experience is not only the goal, but the outcome.

Shady Oaks has 71 lots of prime rv camping real estate. Our lots range from 20 ft. runners to fully paved 60 ft. spaces.
Master plans and permitting with Baytown is underway now to expand to 73 lots and fully upgrade all spaces to concrete paving.
Live-In Features of Note
We offer 30 and 50 amp hookups depending on the lot size you are considering. Also, every lot – from our 60 ft. paved spaces down to even our 20 ft. runners – has space for 1 to 2 parked vehicles.
The grounds also have a laundry room onsite, we have a boundary fence separating the grounds from Highway 149 and 24/7 cameras.
